After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for 'Ground Transportation' and head to the designated exits for transfers to the rental car area. Blue and white shuttles labeled ' Rental Car Shuttle' run 24/7 and will take you to the Rental Car Center, located about 4 miles from the terminals. Once there, find the National counter on the main floor.
Upon arrival at the terminal, go to the baggage claim area and look for the signs pointing to the Shuttle Bus zone. From there, you can board one of the free buses that operate 24/7, every 10 to 15 minutes. This will take you directly to the Car Rental Center, where vehicles are handed over. The National office is located at 7600 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061.
If you’re coming from downtown, take Interstate 10 (Katy Freeway) heading west. Use exit 754 toward Kirkwood Rd and stay on the frontage road. The branch is inside the Embassy Suites by Hilton at 11730 Katy Fwy, TX 77079 . To access it, enter through the hotel parking lot and locate the National counter near the main rear doors.
